Stratton Flats Homes & Townhomes

The Stratton Flats development project consists of 15 single-family homes and 40 townhomes in the Stratton Flats community of Gypsum, CO. PCI was the Owner, Developer, General Contractor, and framing subcontractor for this development, which took 30 months from the first groundbreaking until the last closing. These homes were marketed and sold primarily to the local workforce, with special incentives given to teachers, first responders, and those working in the healthcare industry.
