Over the last 25 years, Rick and his team have worked on a wide variety of projects including large commercial, multi-family residential, hospitality, low-income / affordable housing, and custom residences. Because nearly all our work is for an established base of clients, we are accustomed to being brought into projects during the design phase to assist with assessing: project constructability issues, value engineering, project schedules and resources, compatibility issues, and budget development. We then work diligently to ensure that the goals set and issues raised in the pre-construction phase are addressed throughout the construction phase of each project.

As lifelong builders, the team at Patriacca Construction understands that each client wants the best building experience and product for their project.

In the pre-construction phase of each job, we work together with owners, design professionals, trade partners, manufacturers, and 3rd party consultants to ensure that every aspect of the project is being analyzed for performance, compatibility, efficiency, and quality. From there, we utilize mobile technology (i.e., PlanGrid) in the field to assure that the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the construction phase.
